Notice is hereby given that a gross dividend of TZS 11.93 per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2024 has been proposed by the Board of Directors.
Shareholders are requested to submit and update their payment details at the Share Registry Office in order to enable the timely payment of their dividends.
