The board of directors of Vodacom Tanzania Plc is pleased to announce that the shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 September 2022, appointed Ms. Kanini Mutooni as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
