TWIGA Cement Declares Second Interim Dividend for 2016

This is to notify the general public, and specifically shareholders of Tanzania Portland Cement Company Limited that the directors of the company declared a second interim dividend of TZS 90 per share, which will be paid on or about 28 February 2017.
For purposes of this dividend payment, the register of Members will close on 16 January 2017, and the last day of trading-cum-dividend will be 11 January 2017.
