DSE Plc: Dividend Declaration For the Year Ended December 2024

The Board of Directors of Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders held on 25th June, 2024, approved the Audited Financial Statements and Declaration of Dividend of TZS 145 per issued and fully paid up shares in line with the DSE’s Dividend Policy. The total dividend declared is TZS 3,454 Million, which is 61 percent of the net profit generated in year 2023.
