Treasury Bonds Issuance Calendar For The Second Half Of The Financial Year 2024/25

On behalf of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania (URT), the Bank of Tanzania will issue Treasury bills with maturities of 35, 91, 182, and 364 days, as well as issue and re-open Treasury Bonds with maturities of 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, and 25 years during the second half of the 2024/2025 financial year. The coupon rate for each Treasury bond will be disclosed in the respective call for tender. More details will be released in each auction Call for Tender. The Treasury bonds will be auctioned in the order listed unless otherwise specified.

The Treasury bonds issuance calendar is as outlined in the table below. Treasury bills will be issued on Wednesdays, on the weeks between the Treasury bonds’ issuance dates. More details will be released in each auction Call for Tender.
