This is to notify the general public and specifically shareholders of Tanzania Portland Cement Public Limited Company that the company’s directors have proposed a dividend of TZS600/= per share relating to the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. Should the proposed dividend be approved, it will be paid on or about 30 June 2025
